A non-refundable empanelment fee of ₹2,55,000 covers onboarding, training, SOPs, and access to CBEIC’s project pipeline and MIS systems. An initial advance of ₹1,05,000 is payable at agreement signing; the balance is recovered through deductions from project invoices.
